Q1 :   What time is Check-in and Check-out?
 
A :   Check-in time is usually 14: 00 ~ 18: 00. Please inform us if your arrival time is expected to be after 17:00.
(If you arrive at 19:00 or later we may not be able to offer you a dinner.)
Check-out time is basically up to 10:00(Deluxe Suite Room is 11:00). We will be happy to keep your luggage and car for you before your check-in time and after your check-out time.



Q2 :   Can I use a credit card for payment?
 
A :   We accept various kinds of credit cards including VISA and JCB.



Q3 :   What is your cancellation policy?
 
A :   The cancellation fee is applied from 3 days prior to the reserved day.

  • If no notice is received of cancellation:100% of the room charge
  • If the reservation is canceled on the intended check-in day: 100% of the room charge
  • If the reservation is canceled the day before the intended check-in day: 80% of the room charge
  • If the reservation is canceled 2 days before the intended check-in day: 80% of the room charge
  • If the reservation is canceled 3 days before the intended check-in day: 50% of the room charge
  • If the reservation is canceled 5 days before the intended check-in day: 30% of the room charge
Please inform us as soon as possible in case of the schedule change.



Q4 :   What are the hours of operation for appointments?
 
A :   Our office hours by phone are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day. Please note that we may decline your reservation in the event that the room is fully booked. Please understand that we may not be able to accept your reservation if the room is full.



Q5 :   Can children stay at this hotel?
 
A :   Of course children can stay. We are waiting for your visit by family.
A limited number of diaper buckets, baby soap, baby baths, thermometers, children's chairs, and blankets are available for free rental.




Pickup/ Access
Q1 :   Are there car parks?
 
A :   There are private car parks for our customers. However, the space can accommodate only about 30 cars, so please make sure to clearly inform us if you come by car. Please also let us know if you come earlier as we can take your car for you to a safe car park.



Q2 :   Is there a pickup service?
 
A :   Pickup service is available from the nearest station called Amanohashidate station to the hotel. Please contact us in advance when you know your arrival time.



Q3 :   Does the region around the hotel have a lot of snow?
 
A :   There may be snow cover in a winter season. We recommend our customers to provide snow chain or install winter tires on their car if they come in winter as there may also be snow covers somewhere on the way to the hotel. We cannot precisely predict the weather in the future until it gets closer, so please contact us directly if you have any questions about the weather. Umbrellas and rain boots are also available. But please note that we have only a limited sized and numbers of the boots.




Large public bath/ Onsen



Q1 :   Is there an open-air bath?
 
A :   Both men's and women's open-air baths are available. Please take your time and relax.



Q2 :   Do you have a private open-air bath?
 
A :   Sorry, we do not have a private bath. However, we recommend you to stay in a special room with an open-air bath.



Q3 :   What are the hours of use and amenities of the large bathrooms?
 
A :   Hot spring bath hours are "6:00-9:30" and "14:00-23:00".

Q2 :   Are there any non-smoking rooms available?
 
A :   All rooms are non-smoking. The dining area is also non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Thank you for your cooperation.



Q3 :   Are dinner and breakfast taken in a room? What time does a dinner start?
 
A :   Both dinner and breakfast are to be taken at a Stone kiln restaurant,MON. Standard starting time for a dinner is 18:00 - 19:00. Breakfast starts from 7: 30, 8: 00, or 8: 30. We will ask you the time at the time of Check-in. Please let us know in advance if your arrival is expected to be late. If you do not inform us, we may not be able to provide your dinner.



Q4 :   I have an allergy to some ingredients.
 
A :   If you have an allergy to an ingredient please inform us in advance when you make a reservation. We will arrange your meal without allergen as much as possible.



Q5 :   Is there a restaurant where I can have a dinner nearby?
 
A :   Restaurants near the hotel close in the evening. There are a ramen shop and Japanese restaurant where you can have a dinner near the hotel. Please check your plan as we also offer a dinner.




Other concerns
Q1 :   Is the Internet available?
 
A :   Free WiFi (Wireless LAN) is available in the hotel rooms. Please use it freely.



Q2 :   Is a newspaper provided?
 
A :   We provide morning newspapers in the lobby (excluding days when the newspaper is not published).



Q3 :   Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
 
A :   There is a convenience store in 5-minutes walking distance from the hotel. Please feel free to ask our staff if you are not sure the way to go.



Q4 :   I would like to know about hotel fee for children.
 
A :   ・Junior high school students and older will be charged the adult rate.
・Child rates apply to elementary school students and younger.
・Children under elementary school age (0 years and older) are considered "toddlers" and will be charged a facility usage fee of 2,200 yen (excluding bedding, breakfast, and dinner).
・An additional fee of 2,200 yen is required for those who wish to use bedding.
・An additional fee of 1,100 yen is required for children's yukata rental.
・Dinner (children's lunch) is an additional 3,300 yen, breakfast is an additional 1,100 yen, and kitsune udon is 880 yen.
Dinner example: meat dishes, shrimp tempura, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), sashimi, rice, miso soup, dessert.
Breakfast example: fish dishes, egg dishes, rice, miso soup.
・Free rental items for toddlers: diaper buckets, baby baths, bath thermometers, child chairs, blankets (limited number available for each item).
・Bath chairs and baby soap are available in the large public bath.
Children whose ages are 0 year old over and less than elementary school age are treated as "infant".
We will charge the facility fee of 2,200yen on an infant (Futon, breakfast, and dinner are not included).



Q5 :   Is the hotel barrier-free?
 
A :   There is no room corresponding to barrier-free. If you can contact us in advance we can prepare the first floor rooms.
